Today I visited the new homes being built at Willingham Road in Lea.

West Lindsey District Council must ensure that the planning conditions on all 62 houses in this rural location are complied with.

This includes completion of proper drainage works, environmental provisions, and avoiding disruption to local people.

We must use the experience of bad practice in the past to require high standards for all new housing.
