Springthorpe against solar farms

I went to Springthorpe to support their opposition to a massive new solar park in addition to all the others.

If approved, there would be more solar farms in West Lindsey than in any whole region of the UK — in excess of 10,000 acres.

As these would sit on good agricultural land, there is a good chance they will be turned down and we continue to voice our opposition.

During a world food crisis it would be madness to take good land out of agricultural use.
