I had the great honour of unveiling a plaque commemorating the legacy of Marshall Sons & Co.'s Britannia Ironworks here in Gainsborough.

Marshall's Yard is now a model of regeneration which is spreading throughout the town since we secured more than £10 million in Levelling Up funds for Gainsborough.

Thank you to the National Transport Trust for recognising the importance of our manufacturing heritage here in Lincolnshire.
